On desktop computers, the image is visible as a pride flag followed by the 'condemned' sign, but on a phone, the sign is embedded on top of the flag itself. Instead of being an official emoji created by the Unicode Consortium, this new addition seems to be a result of glitching in the display settings on mobile devices.
